Grand Killara estate sells for more than $10m to a local family wanting a tennis court
The leafy north shore suburb of Killara has continued its dream run of big ticket property deals with the $10 million-plus sale of a grand estate in sought-after Stanhope Rd.
No. 41 was due to go to auction today but sold less than 24 hours early.
Glenn Curran, of McGrath Lindfield, said he could not disclose the sale price, however it is believed to be within the guide of $10 million to $11 million.
