It took a Roseville family 30 years to decide to sell their home – and just 13 days to find a buyer with a $10.1m cheque.
Glenn Curran, of McGrath Lindfield, says there are plenty of buyers out there at that price point.
He conducted 24 private inspections at 58 Shirley Rd within days of launching the 6480sq m property to market, and issued six contracts to serious buyers.
He says it only took four offers to do the deal, which was well above the $8.8m guide.
